Loft Coversion

Project Summary

Loft conversion to create a 7m x 3m attic room with ensuite bath and shower. The project also included the installation of 4 large velux windows making the room a light and airy space.

Project Challenges

Lightweight aluminium beams were passed through the roof space to take the load for this loft conversion. This saved time and money for our client. A triple wind staircase was also installed to make use of the party wall headpace in this semi detached property. As a result the staircase lobby does not hinder the useable space of the new attic room...it adds to it!
